Busabase brand
A calm identity for reviewed data.
Busabase turns agent output into data, docs, skills, and apps you can actually use — a database, knowledge base, apps library, and skills registry your agents write to and you approve. The brand should feel compact, product-native, monochrome, and trustworthy at small sizes.
Logo System
The Busabase mark is a compact record-card shape: three rows inside a rounded square. It should read as a data object, not a mascot, seal, or decorative app badge.
Color
The core brand stays monochrome. Brand assets and the product canvas use different neutrals on purpose: the logo must hold up on any background, the interface must stay easy on the eyes for hours. Color appears only when it communicates review state.
Graphite
#171717
Logo mark and wordmark. Brand assets only.
Paper
#F8F8F7
Logo cutouts and app icon contrast.
Cool Cement
#F1F3F3
The product canvas. Not pure white — long review sessions need a ground that does not glare.
Ink
#161818
Interface body text and high-contrast controls.
Wakatake
#5E8C6A
Approved, merged, canonical, and added values.
Yamabuki
#C79A3E
Change Requests waiting for review.
Arai-shu
#B95B3F
Rejected, changes requested, destructive, and error states.

Size And Clear Space
- Icon-only minimum: 16px digital, 24px preferred in product chrome.
- Horizontal logo minimum: 112px wide in navigation or compact UI.

Typography
Marketing headings and the logo wordmark use the app display serif. UI labels and body copy stay sans-serif for compact product clarity.

Usage Rules
- Keep the mark and wordmark proportions locked. Do not stretch, rotate, skew, or redraw them.
- Use the horizontal lockup for navigation, press kits, docs, and wide layouts.
- Use the stacked lockup only when a square or vertical composition needs the name.
- Use the icon alone only when space is constrained or the brand name is already nearby.
- Keep clear space around the logo at least equal to half the mark width.
- Use the app icon only for favicons, PWA install surfaces, and home-screen icons.
- Avoid busy backgrounds, gradients, photo overlays, and low-contrast placements.
Voice
Direct, not cute.
Trust-first, not alarmist.
Technical where it helps developers.
Short enough to survive translation.
Precise about review, approval, merge, and audit history.
The T-Shirt
One garment, three placements: the lockup on the chest, the line on the back, and the category above the hem. The artwork below is what goes to the printer — vector, every glyph already outlined, sized in millimetres. Nothing to install, nothing to re-typeset.

- Front, centre chest
- 140 mm wide, top edge 120 mm below the neckline seam.
- Back, upper
- 300 mm wide, top edge 85 mm below the neckline seam.
- Back, hem
- 300 mm wide, baseline 40 mm above the hem.
- Reference garment
- Adult tee, 55 cm body width laid flat. Scale proportionally for other sizes.
- Ink
- Two colours — Graphite #171717 for the type and the mark, Paper #F8F8F7 for the three bars inside it. For screen printing the pack also carries single-ink separations.
- Every glyph is outlined, so the printer needs neither Fraunces nor JetBrains Mono.
- SVG and PDF come out of the same outlines — either file prints the same thing.
- Screen printing? The pack has the separations: one 100% K plate for a light garment, one named WHITE plate for a dark one, with the mark's bars knocked out so it stays a one-colour job.
- Only take bitmaps? The pack has each artwork at 300 dpi on a transparent background.
- Use the on-dark files, included in the pack, for anything darker than mid-grey.
- Scale proportionally only. Do not stretch, recolour, or add a background.
