✨ New Features

• A complete Drive file experience: You can now upload, download, rename, and remove multiple files directly on the web. When uploading, choose a location from the folder list or create a subfolder inside the current folder. Online previews are available for Markdown, images, audio, video, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, EPUB, PSD, TIFF, archives, and more.
• Ask an Agent from the current item: Send an Agent prompt from the current item straight to a sidebar conversation, then edit it before sending. When creating a Base, doc, or folder, you can also choose “Let an Agent create it” and use a prompt that matches what you want to build.
• Mention members or Agents in comments: Type @ in a change comment to choose a member or connected Agent. Members see the mention and unread count in the Mentions tab of Inbox. When you mention an Agent, the task starts in the background without leaving the comment stuck in a sending state.
• Connect DeepSeek Harness to Cloud: DeepSeek Harness Plugin can now connect to Busabase Cloud through OAuth. With a local Busabase setup, the plugin can either start the service or connect to one that is already running.
• A Busabase CLI that is easier for Agents to use: The CLI now supports a two-step sign-in flow, authorization QR codes, and clearer help when sign-in fails or access is denied. The schema command shows what a feature accepts and returns while offline, and --dry-run lets you preview a write before it happens to reduce errors and repeated attempts.

🔧 Experience Improvements

• People with permission no longer have to review their own changes: Busabase now uses the user's permissions to decide whether record deletion or restore, field changes, Base archiving, and file edits can take effect immediately. You can still request a review when a person needs to check the change. Agent prompts have also been updated so they no longer create an unnecessary approval step.
• New workspaces get their first content sooner: An empty workspace now guides people to choose a template first, while still offering the option to create a Base or doc directly.
• More complete group management: Space admins can search groups and members, view real profile images and member details, add several members at once, and rename or delete groups. An accidental member removal can also be undone immediately.
• Templates can display localized content: Template cards, detail pages, installation windows, and search results can show names and descriptions in the current language without changing the original package name or installation path.
• Upload attachments up to 200MB each: Attachment fields now accept larger business files.
• Billing information is easier to read: Prices, benefits, and buttons in Billing plan cards remain neatly aligned even in a narrow settings window.
• Community plugins are easier to find: The Plugins menu now includes a link to community plugins.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Publicly shared AirApps open correctly: An AirApp opened through a public link now runs in read-only mode and can only read data within the same public sharing scope. It no longer shows “AirApp not found.”
• Archived content uses one clear status page: After a Doc, Base, file, form, whiteboard, AirApp, or other item is archived, its old link opens the “This node is archived” page instead of showing the original content. People with permission can restore it, and archived forms no longer accept new submissions.
• Template detail pages no longer all return 404: If the template catalog is temporarily unavailable while the website is being published, the detail pages can recover afterward. Only templates that truly do not exist return 404.
• Seat-limit messages reach the right people: When a Space reaches its member limit, invitees are told to contact a Space admin instead of seeing an upgrade button they cannot use. Admins receive the notice, and failed email invitations now show a clear message.
• Untranslated CMS pages no longer go straight to 404: If content has not been published in the current language, the page shows the English version and explains what is happening. Invalid language links and pages that do not exist still return 404.
• Webhook event names are complete again: The “Updated Record” event is shown again in the English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese Webhook selectors.
• Click outside to close the Plugins menu: After opening the Plugins menu in the website header, clicking anywhere outside it now closes the menu so it no longer covers the page.
