The Inbox
Triage the change requests that need a decision from one queue.
The Inbox is where change requests that need a decision wait: proposals from a proposal-only (changeRequest) key, writes sent with autoMerge: false, and form submissions from anonymous visitors. Writes from a key with write access merge right away and never queue here. The Inbox turns what is waiting into a single, prioritized queue: open an item, see the rendered preview and diff, then approve, revise, or reject.
