Mobile App

Busabase Mobile is the phone companion for review-heavy teams. It is not a smaller copy of the desktop dashboard: the app focuses on the moments that make sense on a phone, such as triaging the Inbox, approving change requests, checking merged records, browsing assets, and switching workspaces.

Native review shell

The mobile app uses a left drawer instead of bottom tabs. That keeps the main content area wide enough for review rows and record previews, while still giving you one-tap access to Inbox, Search, Activity, Graph View, Records, Bases, Assets, Archived items, and the knowledge tree.

Inbox on the go

The Inbox is organized as compact native rows with segmented filters for Review, Mine, and Done. Ready-to-merge items stay visible above new review work, so a reviewer can clear urgent approvals without opening a laptop.

Read approved data

Records and Bases are read-first on mobile. You can scan merged records, open details, and check which base a record belongs to without navigating a dense desktop table.

Assets and workspace settings

The mobile app also includes the shared asset library and connection settings. Reviewers can inspect uploaded files, see usage hints, switch language, manage notification preferences, and reconnect to a demo, cloud, or self-hosted workspace.

• Browse approved records, bases, and uploaded assets.
• Keep tabs on workspace activity and recent submissions.
• Use the demo workspace to understand the Busabase review loop quickly.

For authoring complex schemas, managing large tables, or configuring integrations, use the desktop web app. For daily review and lightweight inspection, the mobile app is designed to stay fast, calm, and native-feeling.
