Referral Program
Get and share your referral link to help friends sign up for Busabase Cloud.
The referral program is for sharing Busabase Cloud with friends who genuinely need it. Rewards and eligibility may change, so use the in-product Referral Program page as the current source of truth.
Share your referral link
Open the Referral Program
From the Dashboard, open “Settings > Account > Referral Program”.
Get your link
If you do not have a referral link yet, select Generate Referral Code. Once it is generated, select the copy button beside the link.
Share it with a friend
Send the complete link to a friend who is preparing to create their first Busabase Cloud account. Do not remove the referral parameter from the link.
Sign up through a referral link
When the invited person opens the link, they arrive at a sign-up page containing the referral information. They should create a new account with their own details. If email verification is required, complete it before continuing to the Dashboard. Busabase processes the referral information automatically; there is no separate code to enter.
A referral counts toward the program and rewards are issued only after the current eligibility conditions are met. Start registration from the referral link; there is currently no place to enter a referral code manually after sign-up.
View referral results
The referrer can return to “Settings > Account > Referral Program” to view successful referrals and rewards earned from them. The account's reward balance and history appear under “Settings > Account > Rewards”.
The referral program is for inviting genuine new users. Self-referrals are not accepted, and one account cannot be linked repeatedly to different referrers. Do not create or control additional accounts to obtain rewards.
Troubleshooting
- The sign-up page does not show referral information: Make sure you opened the complete link, or copy it again from the Referral Program page.
- The result does not appear after sign-up: Confirm that the invited person completed registration and any required email verification, then refresh the Referral Program page later.
- You still need help: Contact support@busabase.com and include the relevant account email addresses. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
