What Does "Agentbase" Mean?
Four unrelated products use the name, and a fifth meaning is generic. If you searched for "agentbase," you are probably looking for one of them specifically — this page tells you which, and sends you there.

The four products
Demandbase Agentbase — B2B go-to-market agents
Demandbase, the account-based marketing platform, launched Agentbase as a system of connected AI agents for GTM execution over account data. If you encountered the term in a sales, marketing, or revenue-operations context, this is almost certainly the one you want.
GreenNode AgentBase — managed agent infrastructure
A fully managed platform for deploying and operating AI agents at scale, with enterprise infrastructure for compute, memory, identity, and security. If your question was about hosting agents in production rather than building them, start here.
agentbase.sh — serverless agent platform
A developer platform for building custom agents through an API, covering web interaction, form filling, data extraction, and similar automation. If you arrived from a developer context expecting an API, this is likely it.
agentbase.dev — developer tooling
A separate developer-facing product under the same name. Worth checking directly if none of the above match what you remember.
The fifth, generic meaning
Outside of those products, people use "agentbase" informally the way they use "database" — a base, or home, for an agent's work. That usage has no owner, and it maps onto a real question: where should the things an agent produces actually live?

Why one word ended up with four products
"Agent" plus "base" is an obvious construction, and 2025 to 2026 was when everyone needed a name at once. Nothing shady happened; the namespace was simply small and the demand was simultaneous. Expect ambiguity to persist — when writing docs or asking a question about it, name the vendor rather than the term.

Only in the generic sense — we do not use the term and are not claiming it. Busabase is a database and workspace for AI agents.
Which agentbase is the "real" one?
All of them are real products; none is a trademark holder over the others in every category. Which one is right depends entirely on whether your question is about GTM, hosting, or building.
Is "agentbase" a recognized category?
No. It is a product name held by several companies. The category language that is actually forming is "agent workspace" and "system of record for AI agents."
